Power Trowels for Section 03 3000 (03300) - Cast-in-Place Concrete



Wagman's patented Poly Pro power trowel blades allow exposed concrete and epoxy floor installations to be finished without (or limit) black-burnish marks. Specifying Poly Pro blades will help achieve and enhance the aesthetic value. Steel blades used prior to this innovation would leave unsightly black-burnish marks that would either have to be accepted, as is, or possibly ground off. Available in two styles: Combination blades, used for floating and finishing stages; and Finish style, used for finishing. Finish style blades can achieve a harder finish than combination blades. If a semi-black burnishing, mottled, or marbled, look is desired specify steel blades up to the point the semi-black burnishing is achieved then finish with Poly Pro finish blades. Applications include all exposed floors where black-burnish marks are undesirable or need to be limited. Applications may include: new floors that will receive stain, dye, integral color, shake-on color, epoxy, polishing, or plain gray concrete.
