Since 1945, Tubelite has been one of the building industry's premier manufacturers of aluminum storefront, curtainwall, and entrance systems. Currently we're adding energy saving products for daylighting control and increased thermal performance to our product offering. Tubelite is known for its high quality and timely delivery, and we intend never to compromise that reputation. More opportunities to strengthen our reputation and expand for future growth became available to us since joining the Apogee Enterprises, (www.apog.com), family in December 2007. We're now one of five stand-alone Apogee architectural companies.

Introducing Ecoluminum™ in December 2009, all extrusions are produced using a minimum of 83 percent recycled aluminum content. Anodized and painted finishes are applied using environmentally friendly processes, and new products are designed for higher thermal performance and increased use of natural light.
T14000 Series
Thermal Framing
2 inch by 4 ½ inch flush glaze framing for 1 inch glass has a poured and de-bridged thermal barrier with Azon Lance for added durability. A perfect fit for first floor applications on schools as well as retail and office areas. The glass plane is located at the center of the frame.
T14000 I/O
Series Thermal Framing
This variation of the center glazed storefront has the added features of moving the glass plane to the interior or exterior of the frame and silicone glazed intermediate vertical members. Frames can be configured to install the glass from the interior or exterior of the building.
T14650 Series Thermal Framing

Doors
Thermally improved Medium [4 inch] and Wide [5 inch] Stile Doors with poly-amide strut insulators and enhanced weatherseals reduce thermal conduction and increase condensation resistance for low-use entrance areas like emergency exits.

Impact Resistant Doors
Heavy Duty Wide [6 inch] Stile construction provides ultimate protection as specified by GSA-ISC and DoD UFC 4-101-01 requirements. Blast performance exceeds 6 psi - 42 psi-msec. Recycled aluminum framing is standard on all extrusions.
