General Download Instructions for Software Installation:

Note: If you are having a problem installing our software, please check the 3 issues below. If the problem continues, please contact us.
  1. Confirm that you are logged in as Admin
  2. Verify that there are no incomplete Windows updates
  3. Reboot your computer after running Windows updates

Access Keys:

Current subscribers do not need a new access key unless the installation location has changed.
