BSD CostLink®/AE Hardware Requirements

CostLink/AE subscriptions can be configured for either a single user on a single PC or a certain number of concurrent users on a local area network. The network configuration allows any workstation on the network to use the software but limits the number of simultaneous users. Configurations are available for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, up to 10, up to 20, and up to 30 users.

  • Intel-compatible processor, 1 GHz or better.
  • Windows® 2000 or XP (will also run under Windows 98 and NT).
  • 512 megabytes of RAM (128 MB minimum).
  • 500 MB of available disk space.
  • 17-inch or 19-inch XGA monitor (1024 x 768 resolution and matching video card).
  • 32x CD-ROM reader.
  • 600 dpi laser printer.
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher (5.0 minimum).

No other software is required to use BSD CostLink/AE. Formatting and printing of reports can be accomplished from within the program. If desired, BSD CostLink/AE files may be exported as PDF or RTF files, but all intelligence associated with the files will be lost when this step is taken.

BSD CostLink/AE may be installed on a local area network (LAN) for use by any number of workstations. The number of concurrent users will be limited by the subscriber's license agreement.
