Pedro Pacheco, PE, CSI, LEED AP
Pedro Pacheco is a licensed Mechanical Engineer registered in various states and earned a BSME degree from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He possess over 20 years of experience which includes HVAC design, HVAC/Life Sciences controls design, process controls, integrated automation, commissioning, plumbing, industrial ventilation, fire alarm systems, electronic security, and IT framework applications for diverse markets such as mission critical, federal, military/defense, industrial, state, institutional, universities, schools, and commercial clients with facilities ranging to over 1 million SF. Pedro is responsible for Division 25 content and is working on updating and expanding content of Divisions 21, 22, 23, 27 and 28. Pedro currently serves a Board of Governors Chair for the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers. (ASHRAE), and has deep sustainable design expertise.
