C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. (CRL) is the leading supplier to the glazing, architectural, railing, and construction industries, though it’s many subsidiary companies including U.S. Aluminum. Recent additions have expanded their manufacturing capabilities to include custom fabrication of bi-folding glass wall systems, featured in Section 08 3223 – Sliding/Folding Glazed Doors/Walls. The Monterey Series offer countless options to create large living spaces that seamlessly transition outdoors to indoors.
Dayton Superior Corporation is the leading, American-owned provider of accessories, chemicals, forming and paving product solutions to the nonresidential concrete construction industry. L&M Construction Chemicals, Inc. has developed a line of concrete surface hardeners, densifiers, aggregate hardeners, toppings, and water repellents demonstrating long term durability and aesthetic appeal. Our “system” of products also includes curing compounds, weather proofing compounds, epoxy adhesives, cementitious grouts, and repair mortars. Their operable glass wall products include frameless, sliding and folding glass wall systems in 20 unique variations that lend themselves to diverse customized installations and configurations. PPG Industries has finalized the acquisition of the North American architectural coatings business of Akzo Nobel, the maker of Glidden® Paint. With over 100 years of coatings experience, PPG Architectural Coatings provides a full range of quality products, services and color support, and are available through a nationwide network of company-owned stores, including GLIDDEN PROFESSIONAL® Paint Centers and PPG PITTSBURGH PAINTS® and PPG PORTER PAINTS® stores, as well as through authorized independent retailers across the United States. References to Glidden® Paint in Section 09 9000 – Painting and Coatings now reflect Glidden Professional as a product of PPG Architectural Coatings.
Super Sky Products Enterprises, LLC designs, manufactures and installs custom extruded aluminum skylights systems in a wide variety of glazing solutions including Glass, Hurricane/Impact Resistant & Blast Compliant, Point Supported, Photovoltaic and Polycarbonate materials. Products by this company can be found in Section 08 6300 – Metal Framed Skylights.
United Technologies Corporation is a leading provider to the aerospace and building systems industries worldwide. Through its UTC Building and Industrial Systems unit, they provide fire safety technology via Kidde Fire Systems, Chemetron Fire Systems and Fenwal Protection Systems. All three subsidiaries provide fire detection, fire suppression and fire control products. Products of these companies are featured in Section 21 2200 - Clean-Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems, and in two new sections 21 2300 – Wet-Chemical Fire Extinguishing Systems and 21 2400 – Dry-Chemical Fire Extinguishing Systems.
Wilsonart International, Inc. is an environmentally responsible, global leader in decorative surfaces and delivers a broad range of high-quality products for commercial, residential, education and healthcare markets.
