We will provide training and all the tools necessary to excel in your career.We are looking for exceptional, Atlanta-based candidates with extraordinary work ethic.If selected, you will be groomed for a successful transition to our Product Consultant division.In this position, you will “warm” call and generate leads within a target market, demonstrate software online, and educate potential clients on the merits of investing in our technology.If you are a hunter and can appreciate the advantages of proactive selling, BSD might be the company you have been looking to join.
Your job will be to meet and exceed a monthly sales revenue quota via B2B telesales activities.You will be responsible for achieving this goal by increasing "new" market share and market penetration of our architectural software products within assigned geographical territories as you learn our products, industry, customer profiles, and how to sell to our target markets.
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and computer skills who are inspired to excel in business to business telephone sales.No travel, regular business hours, and excellent company benefits are part of this career package.
Our compensation plans are open-ended and offer a base salary plus commission.

Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful outbound phone sales experience and/or a college degree in sales or marketing.
- Ability to call upon and develop a business relationship with AEC firms. A minimum of 40-60 calls a day. If do not like warm calling on businesses, please do not apply.
- Conduct online software presentations to customers through go-to-meeting software.
- Ability to determine and explain the business case for investing in technology.
- Solution Selling experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with high level of initiative, good interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational skills.
- A working knowledge of the AEC industry preferred.
