07 7200 (07720) - Roof Accessories:

Factory-fabricated unit roof accessories except linear flashing related items.

This section includes:

• manufactured curbs, equipment rails, and mounting pedestals.
• roof access hatches, for ladders, ship’s ladders, stairways, and equipment access.
• smoke and heat activated hatches (vents).
• snow guards, individual and fence type.

Flashing-related items not included are all those that are linear, such as:

• Counterflashings.
• Gravel stops and edgings.
• Parapet copings.
• Fascias.
• Gutters and downspouts.

08 3313 (08334) - Coiling Counter Doors:

Commercial quality, upward-acting rolling or coiling counter doors (also referred to as “counter shutters”).

The doors in this section are fabricated from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with or without an integral frame and hood, fire- rated and non-fire-rated, with manual and electrical operation.

Wood counter shutters are not included in this section.
